The steps of the remanufacturing process are: reception of the compressor, with the registration of its technical features; complete disassembling of all compressor parts and carrying out of the diagnosis, which includes the causes of failure and the technical-economic viability of the remanufacturing; ultrasonic cleaning all the pieces; visual and instrumental inspection, with calibrated measuring equipment, of all components of the compressor according to the specifications of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), which allows us to classify the parts into reusable without reconditioning, reusable through rectifying or machining, and non-reusable to be replaced by new components; assembly, with verification of all the measures and tolerances recommended by the OEM; mechanical and electrical performance testing, and the completion of the corresponding certificate; and finally painting and preparation for transport.
